We will complete the work on our Emergency Preparedness Red Cross BRAIN BOOKS and have a St.Patricks's Day Luncheon too!

For our Healthy Cooking Class in February (THE MONTH OF LOVE) we will being doing HEALTHY CHOCOLATE RECIPES!

Yes, for most people Chocolate has a FABULOUS chemical reaction in their body (mine being one of those) and so being able to have Chocolate, without the creams and white sugar that are so damaging to our overall health, is what we will be sharing and TASTING!
